DeWalt Rafter Hook Adapter
The Rafter Hook Adapter was designed specifically for the DeWalt 20 volt Framing Nailer (Part # DCN692 Type 13 & DCN21PL). The stock rafter hook tends to slide down steeper roof trusses; with the weight of the battery and head of the nailer, one small bump and the nailer gets knocked off a truss. With the Rafter Hook Adapter installed, it can hold on the steepest of rafters without a worry. The Rafter hook is also extended without interfering with any other function of the nailer, letting you hook it onto anything with greater ease. The Rafter Hook Adapter requires no tools to install - simply push it on and it stays on.
